ShowerYourBaby.com Does not Deliver!

Do not use Showeryourbaby.com! I place an order on July 7th and the product never shipped. I called their customer service department three times to find out the status and never received a call back.

I stopped payment on my credit card, since they charged the card and never shipped the product.

What a huge disappointment that website was. I will never use Showeryourbaby.com or Showeryourpet.com again. Further to this, I deeply saddens me that with all the choices for baby products I had to got to one that was a scam! Dont ever use this on line service.

We did respond to the customer and here are the notes from her file below: Our supplier had caused the problem and we worked to take care of the customer as best we could. Out of 514 reviews we have 490 positive feedback.

7/15/08 - tracking shows barcode unreadable. emailed cassie to find out what we can do to get the package back on track to the customer. amy

7/16/08 - spoke with Cassie from KidKraft and she is waiting to hear back from FedEx. We are not sure if they created a new label and are shipping to customer or if they are returning item back to KidKraft. Cassie said if she does not hear back from them by 3pm today she is going to call them again and call me back - stacy

7/16/08 - emailed customer to let her know FedEx still is not sure where package is and it will take 2-3 days for them to research. Cassie was going to ship a second order out to the customer but now this item is Out Of Stock until November - Stacy

7/17/08 - customer left phone message stating she just wants to cancel b/c it's been almost 2 weeks and they are upset. amy

7/17/08 - i spoke with customer this afternoon. She did not get the email I sent her yesterday. I let her know what was going on with the order and she wants keep order. Told her I would call her and let her know when everything is corrected - stacy

7/21/08 - Cassie is issued a credit to us for this order. She believes FedEx has lost the package. I am canceling the order and refundung the customer - stacy
